I truly value how quickly my order was handled, the excellent communication from the shop, and especially how simple and speedy the return process is, allowing returns for up to 100 days. I wholeheartedly endorse this store in all respects, particularly for the top-notch quality of their products.

Product was okay. I don't agree with having to pay a PayPal fee. This is the first time I'm hearing about this from a company or website. I've never encountered this in any of my online shopping experiences.

They claim 2-5 days for worldwide delivery, but here I am, three weeks later, still waiting for my order! I reached out to them through email, and the only reply I received was a shipment update from the courier, which just said they’re behind schedule (no kidding!). Given that I paid €15 for shipping, I really thought they’d stick to the estimated delivery time! This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience for me, and I haven’t even been offered any sort of compensation. I suggest EVERYONE just buy from the official team store. It’s safer and likely cheaper.
